In her preteens she gained a lot of weight, ballooning to an unhealthy 180 pounds. She still didn't bud, and often her peers joked about her belly, arms, and legs being bigger than her breasts. Her parents are really unsure why, oblivious to the fact that they were nurturing unhealthy eating habits. They do think, however, that her younger sister's birth was to blame, because Baisley didn't receive the same attention that she did before while they were taking care of her sister.
The summer before she entered high school she lots all of her weight, and to her surprise and happiness finally budded. She exercised regularly and became a lenient vegetarian, which helped her down to a healthy weight by the beginning of the school year. She has a pretty lovely frame, slender with nicely proportioned features like her hips and breasts. Her hair she's dyed from black, back to red, then to blond, and finally back to red a few times over her high school career. It has since grown out to reveal a more brownish tint of red, which she thinks she'll keep because she's sure she's grown out of the trial-and-error stage.
Her features are relatively elegant. She has full lips often painted a shade of red or brown, a somewhat rounded face, and pale-green eyes that sometimes look almost a shade of blue. After all the dying she's done to her hair it's thinned out a bit, and only waves after getting wet or after blowing in the wind.[/ul]

bio;
When her father got a job offer in another part of the country, he felt he had to take it. They ended up having to move, which was really hard for both Baisley and Dimitri. But it had to be done, so when she was eight they moved to Eustis, Florida. It took her a while to warm up to the place, but after she began school and started melding in with the kids there, the place quickly grew on her. She began a new life in Eustis, but she'd never forget the times she had back in Calista Falls.
Her sister Katja was born and, while at first she hated the sight of the screaming, pooping, spitting up "bundle of joy", she soon turned into the protective big sister. Her imagination and way with words showed up in the bed time stories she told the little one every night. She hated fairy tales how they were, so she always tweaked them in ways that made them that much more interesting. Prince Charming ended up falling for the evil step sister instead of Cinderella, Snow White fell in love for Dopey instead of Prince Charming... Her imagination just skyrocketed, and only got so much worse when she saw Dracula for the first time at a slumber party. She immediately became fascinated with the creatures, and has since collected a variety of memorabilia from various vampire flicks.
After showing a bit of a wild side by dying her hair darker and lighter colors, Baisley graduated with a 3.5 GPA from her high school. She decided to wait a few years before going to school, because in all honesty she had no idea where she wanted to go with her life. She wanted to move out of her parents' house, but they convinced her to stay.
Surprisingly to both her and her mother, her father came home one day from work with a stack of paper in his hands; he wanted a divorce. Her mother was distraught, but no where near as distraught as Baisley. They all seemed like such a happy family that morning, and all of a sudden they weren't? Turned out he fell in love with one of his co-workers, and thought the magic between her mom and him had ''disappeared long ago.'' The divorce went through a month later and he moved in with his co-worker, leaving her mother with custody over Katja.
A few days after the divorce was final Baisley decided to move away finally. It was more or less her mother's idea, because she didn't want Baisley to feel obligated to stay with her now that she was a single mother of a seven year old. She decided to move back home to Calista Falls, and has arrived only recently. She hopes to meet back up with all her old friends from her childhood, if they're still around.

he wanted love, i taste of blood
abilities;
``serious oddball: In scenarios when it's needed Bais is completely serious, and she has been noted as such. Many are put-off by this part of her, and some are even scared to approach her when she's in her serious moods. However, any other time, she opens up and can be described as a total oddball. Those who know her love seeing this side of her.
``easily hurt: Baisley takes just about everything to heart, and though she's easily insulted, she tried not to let it show. She tries to be nice to everyone around her, so when she senses negative feelings from someone she isn't quite sure why.
``best friend material: Baisley is the perfect example of a friend. She's willing to do whatever she has to to help a friend out, and is always giving instead of taking. Even if she can't afford something when a friend's birthday rolls around, she will try whatever she has to to get that special gift for them. She's truly caring about just about everyone, even those she barely knows, unless they did her wrong in some way or anothe in the past.
``avid vegetarian: Since the summer before her freshman year, she's been a vegetarian. She refuses to eat meat of any kind, though she can be found eating seafood of some kind at times. She figures fish aren't treated as badly as other critters. That, and she just loves sea food, and has ever since she was little. Many question her about this, stating she can't be a "real vegetarian" if she eats seafood. She shrugs and will admit that she's slightly addicted to the creatures of the deep.
``fantasy fascination: She loves the thought of fantasy creatures like vampires, and her all-time favorites are vampires. It's only natural that her favorite movies include Dracula, Van Helsing, and a list of other movies that have characters in them that are vampires.

She couldn't believe it, but her dream had come true: Harvey Danielson liked her, too! He was a Junior in high school and she was just in eighth grade, but she had liked him since the beginning of time. They used to play together when they were younger, and as he got older and more involved in things he couldn't do so anymore, which made her miss him a whole lot. Everyone at school pretty much knew about her crush thanks to her ex-best friend leaking the secret, and while she used to be embarrassed, she then lived up to it. She didn't have a shrine in her closet dedicated to him or anything, but she did frame all the pictures of them playing in her younger years. These pictures were all placed at the nightstand by her bed, where she often spent time before bed staring at them with a smile on her face.
She pushed the note away for a moment and took a deep breath before she read it over once more. She couldn't believe it, she just couldn't. In his handwriting, which hadn't changed over the years, he had written: 'Hey. I heard about your crush today, and to be honest, I like you too. Meet me at that lot by the old supermarket at about midnight, and we can talk. Harvey.' It sent chills down her spine, chills that forever caused goosebumps to creep up and down her arms. She sent out a squeal of joy and held the tiny slip of paper close to her chest, hopping about happily as she chanted "He likes me, he likes me!"
That night she showered before she went to bed, using the best-smelling shampoo she had in her collection. She put on her pajamas as she did every night, pretending to fall asleep when her parents came in to wish her goodnight. She held the hem of her soft blanket close to her chin, a smile never leaving her face as she thought of what was to come. She knew it, she'd be getting her first kiss, and it was only a few short hours away! She grabbed one of the pictures from her nightstand, a close up of their faces, and held it tightly to her. She'd giggle every so often, silently singing her chant from earlier: "He likes me, he likes me!"
She rose at eleven, hurrying to her closet to change. She brought out her neatest sun dress, a brand-new one she hadn't worn yet except when she tried it on. It was made of a light fabric, yellow with a few light-colored flowers here and there on the skirt. She liked it because it held and covered her tummy nicely, and it came with a light white knit cardigan which she wore to hide her arms, chunkier than she liked. Once they were in place she rushed to her bathroom. She turned on her curling iron and, while it heated, sprayed a special spray in her hair that made her hair shine in even the faintest light. She grinned happily and set a ribbon in her hair, holding back the hair that fell in her face. The iron beeped to tell her it was at the right temperature, and she curled the ends of her shoulder-length hair out until it bounced about her shoulders.
After putting on some make up she stole from her mother's case earlier in the day, she tiptoed about in the dark of the house until she reached the door. She tapped on her flats, taking a quick look around to ensure no one had seen her before she quickly unlocked the door and headed out. It was a bit of a walk to the old supermarket, long forgotten in a part of town no one visited. It was the perfect place to meet, she knew it, because it was a place they went when they were younger to play without supervision. She sighed lightly, fondly remembering such times.
After the hike she saw the moon bouncing off of his blue truck, and she felt her heart pounding rhythmically in her chest. She was so excited as she strode up to him, and even when she noticed him sitting with a couple of his friends she saw at his house on a regular basis sitting with him on the tailgate, she was on air. When close enough she gulped heavily and put on her best smile. They all eyed her, though she only looked to Harvey, who had a certain look in his eye that she couldn't quite put her hand on. Later on she'd recognize it as lustful hunger, which she still didn't get even as he chuckled.
"H-hi Harv-vey." She smiled, waving lightly to him.
"Hey," he replied, and he hopped off of the tailgate. Then she noticed the bottle in his hand, a large half-empty one she recognized as whiskey. It didn't phase her in the slightest bit.
"You wanted to talk to me, Harvey?"
"Yeah... I did." He grinned widely, and he looked to his friends, who also hopped off of the truck. They swayed lightly as they did so, laughing to each other as they looked to her as well. She thought nothing of it, completely oblivious as she watched Harvey. "You could say that..."
It wasn't until right after he said that she felt a presence behind her, and before she could turn to see she was grabbed from behind, a piece of cloth going around her neck. Harvey advanced on her, and what happened next would forever haunt her, as her pretty new sun dress was decorated with dirt and blood.
